Lytvyn the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada is satisfied with the Results of the Dialogue that was held in Minsk during his official visit to Belarus Republic: "There are understanding, aspiration, political results concerning the directions where the aspiration and understanding meet the political decision".

According to V. Lytvyn, during the talk with O. Alexander Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Belarus has highly evaluated the support of the Belarus by Ukraine in particular on the international level. He expressed hope that the Ukrainian Parliament also "plays the essential role in the way of the realization of the plans suggested by the two Presidents in order to facilitate bilateral relations".
